Welcome to Faves. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Faves is a young app that's improving quickly, so features may change over time. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Faves. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Let us know if you believe someone else is using your account.
You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews, and photos you post. By posting them, you give us permission to store, display, and share that content within the app and on the public share pages the app generates, so the features work as intended. You're responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Ratings and reviews are personal opinions.

Faves is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that restaurant data, matches, or scanned menus will be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or abuses the service. You can stop using Faves at any time and delete your account from Settings in the app.
Faves relies on third-party services (for example, sign-in providers, maps and place data, and cloud hosting) to work. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' own terms.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Faves after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
