It goes on your Member Card, stamped with the date — “Est. July 2026” — like a plaque on the wall. It can never be taken away, never contested, never re-earned by anyone else. Fifty years from now, your city's guide still starts with your name.

The Big Cheese is your city's reigning champ — whoever's earned the most Bites at that city's restaurants over the last 90 days. It's a belt, not a plaque: one holder at a time, and always, always contestable.
Bites are what you earn for building the guide. Bites older than 90 days age out, so nobody can win once and coast. Go quiet, and someone hungrier takes it. One rule of the ring: a challenger has to pass the champ — a tie keeps the belt.
